An email was sent discussing my concerns on Friday through HP's website. We are still having the same pest problems so I am unsure as to why we have the service if we are not seeing it resolved. The technicians are good no complaints there but the effectiveness is questionable. I was told the supervisor would accompany the technician and that did not happen. I was told my appt. was confirmed and I still received a phone call. I would have thought I would hear from the supervisor.
