This rating was given because we have requested years ago for the technician/s to contact (call) us before entering the property; this request is necessary because of past experiences (lack of proper service) with this company. We were told that the request was placed for the technicians to see prior to them servicing the property. To this day we still have problems with our request not been honored - We give credit to the technician Mr. Miller who honored this request when he serviced the property. For example, this month (July 2019) a technician entered the property hurriedly. He dropped a few granules near a few baiting stations and left. There was evidence of one baiting station been opened at the back of the house. No report was given to let us know about the state of the termite stations.
