Each technician that has come to our home has been friendly, prompt, and truly pleasant. My kids pepper the technicians with questions, which have always been answered with a chuckle. Justin, the technician who has come by the most, answers any questions I may have in regards to rodent entry points, methods of decreasing our rodent "visits", inquiries I have about gophers, fleas, and any other pest that may be making an appearance at our residence at any time.
The office staff is always friendly, and able to schedule (or re-schedule, as needed) a technician fairly quickly. I never get hassled to increase my service, I'm not bombarded with calls if I am a few days late with my payments, and I have never had a negative experience with anybody on the phone.
Overall amazing company, their quarterly service is well worth it, and we will be continuing to use Lloyd Pest Control for as long as we live in this house!
