Nate was on time and friendly. He went the “extra mile” by opening some of the windows to clean out spider webs between the window and the screen. He was focused and worked fast.
I did not see that any glue traps were set-up and left. I may have misunderstood, but when I first called the office, I thought Zack said that, on the first visit, traps would be left until the next treatment to evaluate what kind of bugs were visiting my space.
