Your sales person said you would apply organic pest control material up to 35 feet in height.
Your service person advised he could only apply to first level of my 2 story home because he was alone and had no second person to hold a ladder for him. I pointed out that the front of my house has a flat roof but that made no difference to him. He also left insect debris in my porch ceiling.
I called the same day and advised Brandon, your sales person. He advised that he had reported my experience to his manager and my issue would be resolved by sending out a 2 person crew. He also told me to call your office number, which I did but did not get through to anyone. It has been 2 days and this request for a review is all I have received.
