The service technician (victor) noticed that there was no one home when the corporate office had scheduled my appt., so he called my cell phone and set up another time to meet that very same day. When Victor came out, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He treated the house in about 1 hour or so, and made sure that I had no questions prior to his departure. Great Job.
