The techs that have been here have been extremely hard working. The ones who came when we had pet(sick) & foster dogs were terrific in waiting until pet was contained. My issue is with appointments and scheduling. The last service April 22,2022 is an example. A tech called & asked if he could come early as he was ahead of schedule. I asked what service because I had no call or text message on any of our family phones. I was home because of surgery and gave permission for service. Usually I need advanced notice and expect the consideration of having it. Appointment schedule procedure has been an ongoing issue for me. The bad thing is we’ve been customers for well over 15 years and have referred many to your company. See what can be done to address this issue for us. I like the people who have direct contact with us. I’m giving 2 stars because of this ongoing problem.
