Started using Rigo at our previous residence 6 years ago when we found a scorpion in our daughter's bedroom. I found their number online and called - Rigo answered the phone and all my questions about pest control and provided insight on scorpions. Decided on Rigo because he was knowledgeable - conversation and services are never rushed. This company is the definition of customer service.They go above and beyond. I never have to spend my time calling them, fixing problems etc. They call me to set service and are always willing to come out anytime that works for us or when we have any extra needs. Ant problem in backyard - they fixed it, exploratory termite tube on outside back door jam - fixed, told us what to look for, and they monitored as part of our regular service, webs - gone, no poisons or critters inside. Can't say enough about this great company and the wonderful technichians they hire. I would highly recommend to anyone.
