I have had a couple situations where Bill or a member of his team accommodated a same-day visit to check on the issue and provide a quote if necessary. In addition, I have received follow-ups to make sure the issue is resolved which you don't generally receive from a large firm. They provide a convenient portal to manage appointments and pay online.
