Justin, the technician, was great, and he explained how and where he would treat the issue. He laid traps inside the house, and he treated the perimeter of the home outside. We have ants in our house, however, in particular on two interior walls in the kitchen plus in my child's nursery. I was hoping the walls could have been sprayed or at least the cracks between the cabinets. Traps were laid, but that was it. I came home late tonight to find at least 30 ants on each wall running up and down them. I really wish this would have been treated more aggressively. I did point out the areas of issue, but again just traps were laid. I'm not convinced the traps will do anything. I started a contract with your company, and I'm already feeling discouraged. There must be more that can be done. Please assist as soon as possible. I appreciate your commitment with ridding our pest issue.
