I am pleased with the service I receive. However, the last two times the technician was scheduled to come out he has came 45 mins early and I have missed him both times. While you have made it right I would like to see and talk with him and let him inside. Is there anyway the technician can make the time window in which you all said? This would help me and keep down on the headache for us.
