Sean was great. He deserves 5 stars. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. The reason I gave 1 star is because of the office manager Joann. I'm not sure why, but she was so short, snarky and rude from the very beginning. You lost my business because of her. If I didn't have to deal with her to get an appointment I would definitely want Sean to do my service.
