I am happy with the service I receive from Bio-Tech Pest Control. At first, I was skeptical of the annual only treatment, since every exterminating service I have used in the past has treated every three months. Also, in the beginning, we would see a roach inside the house. Some would be crawling, some would be obviously dying. However, I was accustomed to not seeing ANY roach activity inside my home. About a year ago, we opted for the yard treatment every 3 months, because we were seeing lots of spiders in our screen-enclosed patio. The quarterly yard spray stopped the spiders, and I think it has made a huge difference with the roaches getting inside, too. We're paying a lot for this, though. That's the only downside.
