I came to Home Paramount 3 years ago when Ronnie was still with you guys because I knew him through work and when he left things have somewhat changed. I have had issues with technicians doing what they want to do not what I ask them to do even if it was something I was willing to pay for. Ronnie always handled the issue and things were done and now they don’t do as I ask and there is no follow up when I address it.
I did get a new technician last year and he has done a good job but I signed up for mosquito treatment end of last year because I struggled with having the time to spray my own yard and I feel like I am paying for something that doesn’t work or either isn’t applied correctly. I called in and someone is being sent out this week to redo the treatment because I feel I have more bugs since I started the treatment than before. Also with my last mosquito treatment we were told they were coming to do the treatment a week ahead of time but no cal the day of and no paperwork left that they had come by so in all reality I feel they didn’t come by to do the treatment because it had gotten worse weekly. I hope things turn around because I like the company but this has not helped us stay with you guys.
