1. Service: "4 star" it was better than usual this time. I think the tech knows that inspector will come after.
2. Inspector (Irving Stacy 443-974-0673 in my phone list) : "One star" He is a very rude. He called me at 9:30am that he would be my home by 10am. However he did not show up until 10:15am and he drove his personal car without any sign of Century Termite. When he showed up, he did not introduce himself (without any Century Termite t-shirt). He was complaint about the my daughter's calling to the office at 10:05am. My wife and my daughter had to wait for the inspector without cleaning the stuff. My daughter who is going to go to the Medical School this fall felt uncomfortable with him. I don't think I would have anymore inspector at all.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we appreciate your feedback. We are happy to hear that your service was better than usual this time, however, could you provide feedback as to why? We want you to have outstanding service every time! Regarding your inspection, I am sorry to hear that it was less than satisfactory! This is not the goal as want every customer to feel like they are a part of the family.
