Tech showed up on time, and claimed the service was complete. But our digital lock showed the tech did not service inside the unit - they did not enter.We had to call back to have the tech return to spray the inside of the unit. Service was then completed. I'd fire this tech. How many other units are they not servicing. We only caught them because of the digital lock that sends us all entries.
