The tech did an outstanding job of service for our residential building, the reason for the 4 stars is that I have an issue with our service rep. Eric Martinez calling me "Dear" at least 4 times on our telephone conversation. I find it inappropriate as a professional and even more so that this was the first time I had spoken to him as our previous rep. was no longer with the company. I have always had great service and response from Lloyd Pest Control in the multiple years I have used the company as a property manager.
