You guys are awesome. I have a rental home, which was re-roofed. In the process, a gap was left, and rodents accessed the attic. I panicked when my tenants reported the problem, as I utterly loathe rodents. I called Eastside Exterminators, and Tim came out, quickly, and did a thorough investigation, looking at every nook and cranny where a rodent could possibly gain access. A plan was made, and that first visit was followed by a second, where each and every one of these access points was sealed up. Not a hint of a rodent ever since. Great job!
