This service is not good. We have been using HP for a while and they have no ability to rid my rentals of roaches. And before you say the people are living dirty. The homes are vacant! Instead of scheduling a time to get inside, the just show. If no one is home the spray outside the house where there are no bugs!!! Go figure. Find another pest control service. This place sucks. I don't know my technician so no comment there.
