We worked with Major Pest Control to eliminate the termites in our garage and part of our attic. We also had repair work and preventative borate fogging done. The company worked patiently with us as we make decisions over the details of which treatments to use and timing. Solar equipment in the garage was an obstacle which we had the solar company remove for the heating treatment and then re-installed. They were very accommodating and we were pleased with their service as they were on time and thorough. We hope that the termite problem has been solved, but we bought the three year protection plan for peace of mind.
