We decided to go with Home Paramount because online it's described as eco friendly, safe, no harsh chemicals and alternatives are always used first before chemicals. That was not our experience. The technician was nice and friendly but he never told us what he was using or the effect of it. He had on gloves and sprayed stuff in our house with our children and dog right beside it, would really like to know what that was! We were told not to walk on the floor where he sprayed for at least 45 minutes. I was under the impression that he would search for the cause of the problem (such as where are the ants coming in from), plug the holes if that's the issue or whatever is needed to prevent the ants from coming in and then go from there using chemicals if needed but also under the impression they were natural/organic chemicals. Would have liked an explanation of what he was doing, explanation of what he was using, and some suggestion on why ants were swarming our house.
