First experience with Terminix in our newly purchased home has been disappointing. When scheduling our first pest control service we asked for an interior spray, but when the technician arrived he would only do exterior treatment. We still have issues with insects inside, so tried to call to schedule another service. After multiple call attempts waiting 30+ minutes, finally left a message for someone to call me back. Did not receive a call back after two days. I hope this can be resolved soon or we will need to find another provider.
