I doubt sometimes of all the containers are checked. This summer I replaced the pine straw in front with mulch, and it certainly didn’t appear the two there had been checked since I put the pine straw down in 2018. The lid was under the pine straw and it hadn’t been moved to check. I also had doubts when I took up two due to placing pavers in the back and it appears that it wasn’t noticed as it wasn’t mentioned. We have used since we bought the house in 2012 but I would place as average but not outstanding service.
