I'll give you 5 stars for the admin part....scheduled me & arrival time(s) accurate. BUT actual hands-on service was "personnel dependent"; first technician rated ONE star......by the FOURTH tech we got (to get the sprinklers operating properly) the rating up to four stars, but their combined performance only got to a two star average. Because of the persistence, we're giving them another chance.
