Not as satisfied as I had been in the past. When they first came I called because I was was having a problem with mice they came and set up traps with food they returned two weeks later and put more bait in the traps by the mice went away. This year they came for there quarterly check and the guy did not know where the bait traps were he did NOT they were in the ceiling and the garage. Well right after he left I had to call because I noticed a trap that was empty debug sent a man by to fill the one trap. Then I had mice debug sent another older big guy by he bright a 1 snap trap. My husband was home. I caught 13 mice. I called. When the big guy came back again . I had to show him all the bait traps in the house all the traps were empty. The man who came said he filled them all. He did not. He had never been into the garage the traps in the garage had not been filled since Tim filled them. There were at least 6 traps that were not even checked and filled. I am disappointed because the gentleman who came last time told me he told my husband things that my husband said he didn't and that he said he went into the garage and he didn't. Now he has me ordering out door traps. Are the out door traps dangerous to children? Will the harm my dog? I don't know what to believe now. Maybe the traps should have been filled properly this winter and they would not have come back. I am not so satisfied. I had asked for suggestions on what to do. I have cleaned and debunked. I even got a dumpster and threw all kinds of things away.
