I have been pleased with your service for many years (except for a minor billing dispute) but will admit a few action items slipped this year like the wildlife renewal. After a snake slithered across my porch steps, I called to ask if my service was renewed but it had not been according to your records. Your office was apologetic and offered to send someone the same day. I did need to leave for part of the day but honestly could not smell the chemicals when I returned. I know you change the mixture but I always smell it for at least a day after treatment. When Chris came for my usual service, he checked my records and could not confirm that the treatment was done so he did it for me. I could smell the mixture which lingered for the rest of the day and into the next morning. Maybe the previous treatment was not as thorough as Chris' but I still question if it was done. Territories do change but I request that Chris continues to be my technician. He is polite, thorough and does everything I ask knowing all of my major concerns. I enjoy the brief chitchat while he does his work. As a customer-facing person in my profession, I appreciate relationship building.
