"I just wanted to make sure that Kaicey and Michael's supervisor/manager is as made aware of how pleased I am with both of them. They were very thorough and as of right now, I see ZERO ants (usually by now I see them and their trails). They deserve some form of recognition. I am very pleased. I know Kaicey is leaving and for any future visits, even the every 3 month visits, I only want Michael. Because he is being trained by the amazing Kaicey, he is going to be the only one I trust. Please make sure Kaicey, Michael and their upper management know how pleased they have made a customer!
