They began service yesterday so it will take time to evaluate the effectiveness of their treatments. The technician, however, who is an entomologist, seemed very competent and eager to help. He was very informative, patient, and courteous. He treated the exterior and all areas of my interior, including the attic and the basement. The service was very easy to schedule and in fact they were able to move up their appointment time to accommodate my concerns. I look forward to their quarterly service.
