I really appreciate the excellence and professionalism of the tech who did our last service call. He was very courteous and responsive to my requests, and I could say the same for most all of the guys who have done our service visits. The excellent courtesy seems to be a strong commitment of the company, as it is there with just about all the employees I interact with, to include the schedule folks I talk with on the phone. It really makes a big difference, and I appreciate it.
