I tried to arrange for an onsite inspection of the interior of my home. Instead a serviceman came when I was not home and sprayed the exterior, then sent us a bill for it. I called the next morning to speak with a supervisor, but he or she was had "stepped away from [his or her] desk. I was asked to leave a call back number which remains silent. Your service, how should I put this, stinks. I will not be paying for the service I did not request and did not meet my needs.
