Good attention to calls for trap removal and rebaiting. Ability to contact company via telephone, though, needs attention as wait times are forever. On-site services were good and promised schedules were met. We had one defective trap that permitted animals to steal the bait without setting off trap -- so we missed the opportunity to capture and remove problem skunks. On balance, a good company to work with and professional field staff. ABC needs to tune up a few details, mentioned above.
