This visit was not so good. I wish tht your staff will tell u Wht time frame the technician will arrive. I called the establishment around noon so I can manage my time accordingly. But no return phone call. Long story short I left my house at around 4:00 pm to do some errands. Just tired of waiting. Finally the technician showed up at around 6:00 pm and sprayed just the front yard. So now I had to call back to finish the job. I’ve been a customer for a while now and this I feel is no good commitment on the staff on arrangements of service. Poor performance on part of whoever arranges this appointment. Hopefully it will be better next time. Poor customer service.
