We were very happy with Sam. He was very kind, professional and patient. Especially, because we had never gotten a call back or confirmation from the office after we had called many times. We had no idea what to do as far as inside of the house (covering, putting stuff away). Frankly, we were not even sure if anyone was coming. We had made the appt 3+ wks in advance and never heard from your office again. A confirmation call always helps. HOpefully, the insect problem will stop. I assume we need to give it a few days??
