I paid for a one time service with a contract to continue service for lawn care. I got an invoice, but no notice at my property that anyone had been here. How can I rate my service when I do not know if anyone was actually here? If someone came out, the tech was supposed to leave a notice and a flag on my grass. I have heard nothing.
