Learning that a rodent had made an appearance in my attic was very unsettling. Fortunately Cal Coast Termite & Pest was able to schedule a technician for the day after my call. Juan was on time, explained clearly about the traps he would be setting, & then walked around the house to check for possible openings to the attic. He has returned for a 2nd visit to check the traps, which were empty, & to screen off two areas. He will be returning for three more visits, all part of the initial service. I have been pleased with the quality & courtesy of the service provided.
