The person I spoke with initially was courteous and understanding of our interest in using the minimum product possible to achieve results due to some sensitivities with our kids. The technician, Cory, was prompt and professional - understanding our concerns and tailoring the treatment approach accordingly. Will be using Spectrum for our pest control needs.
