I gave it a 4 instead of a 3 because the communication is so good - emails a few days before service and timely email of the inspection reports shortly after the inspection/treatment. I have had two issues. Roaches and mice. We treated each unit and the roach issue seemed to go away. The mice issue unfortunately has lingered. I get it that they can be hard to get rid of, but the pest control person doesn't seem to be making any recommendations on additional steps needed. It has been going on for months now. I would have expected better results or more recommendations by now.
