I appreciate having someone like Brian Willis, from BROCK, coming to do our service. He's pleasant and answers all our concerns and questions on the spot. He sprays outside and inside, including the garage ~ then adds that if we see any little critters in between, he would be happy to come back to take care of the problem. We've had those pesky fruit flies before and he came and did the drains. I feel he is very knowledgeable of the service he provides.
