The technician, Jesus, who came to our house for the service was excellent. He was efficient, polite, knowledgeable, on time, and easy to talk to. Setting up the appointment was super easy as well. It seems like everyone who works for Rose from the front office to the technicians are really nice and take their time with their customers. I really like this company and will continue to use them when needed.
