We have now had One Hour out, what will be 4 or 5 times now, since this issue with the blower started last year. From jackhammer noise, to now not working at all, I believe this is the 3rd blower they"ve installed (we"ve replaced it twice, and the one that was in the unit when the issue started) and we have no heat, no A/C. The owner came before the last blower motor replacement and said if this didn"t work, they"d just replace the unit. The techs put in a new blower, now it won't engage for the 2nd time in less than 2 months. The first was a loose wire, now we don't know if it's the same issue or something else. I really do believe that One Hour is biding time until the replacement warranty expires to be rid of the issue and not hold up their product. I want this furnace replaced and we should not be responsible for the costs. One Hour has NOT resolved this issue after almost a year. It's now posing a fire hazard due to the heat being used and the blower not engaging. Grossly disappointed in One Hour and will never recommend them to another person. I've had it with the run around and excuses. We called and requested the owner be contacted, and their office staff literally asked why they should bother him with something like this. They need to make this right. I'm going to post an update every day until it's resolved. Apparently that's the only thing that seems to get One Hour to take this issue seriously.
