Upon turning the circuit on after completion of changing a vanity light in our spare bathroom, My wife and I noticed the light started to flicker. After a few minutes, we also noticed a hum every in the background. The hum was occurring the same time the vanity light flicker but the hum was not coming from the vanity light. The hum was heard in different parts of the house. When the vanity light circuit was turned off, the hum also was not heard. Therefore, called your organization for troubleshooting and guidance. Abby and James rechecked the circuit and the wiring to the recently installed vanity light and all seemed normal. Then the hum returned and Abby quickly thought it was coming from the attic. Abby climbed up into the attic and immediately identified the hum coming from the attic roof fan. The motor had burned out and the hum was coming from the electric box next to the broken fan. Your team immediately to pictures and explained the process to repair the fan etc. Abby and James were expedient in troubleshooting and finding a problem which was really not associated to the vanity light. Outstanding. As a result, I called David William Electric to set up an appointment to have your electrical team replace/fix the attic roof fan. Again, Outstanding service.
