Currently I am not satisfied with your service. On Wednesday, June 7 your servicemen installed termite bait traps around my house. To no fault of yours or mine, some critter has pulled several from the ground. On Friday I called explained the situation. Someone was to come out on Monday, June 13 between 11 and 3. That person never showed or did I receive a call from your office about this. Tuesday, June 14, I called again. Was told person would be here on Wednesday, June 15 between 9 and 11. Again that person did not show nor did I receive a call from your office. I find this very unacceptable.
