Technician arrived on time and completed his treatment in less than 15 minutes. We asked if he needed to get under the house or in the garage, but he said that was not necessary unless we had been seeing pests in those areas. We had not observed any live or dead pests, but we had noticed cobwebs that were swept away with our initial treatment. We also had sticky traps left in various areas of our home in the interior during our initial treatment, and new traps were not left for placement, nor were old traps checked. I'm all for using the fewest chemicals possible to do the job needed, but I'm wondering if this is what is considered normal for complete control of possible pests.
