Josh did a tremendous job. He paid close attention to detail and provided thorough analysis of what he saw. He was also able to explain the issues related to what he saw in a very straight forward and non-technical way so both my wife and I could understand the issues he found. He prioritized the issues he found and categorize them for us, so we could tackle the most serious issues first. The only thing I needed was a recommendation on who performed the work needed to fix the problems.
