I have not received a report from Kilter yet on the damage and price for repair, and the representative that inspected last week indicated that there is termite damage and that I would receive a report by yesterday. I have a yearly contract so I'm not sure why Kilter hasn't sprayed to prevent further infestation. When will the report be sent to me?
