Conquest came to my townhome the same day I called with a rodent issue in my basement. On the phone, Chris was honest and upfront and took the time to explain everything they would do and the cost. Alex came out and was courteous, professional, and informative. It was determined a rat had gotten into the basement and he set some traps. I called back a couple hours later when it tried come up my stairs. Tessie said they would have someone back out after 5 pm. Carlos, who was courteous, understanding, and extremely professional, came and said he was not leaving until we catch it tonight. After about an hour he finally did. Conquest went above and beyond with their customer service and far exceeded my expectations. Everyone I dealt with was beyond exceptional. They are my first and only choice for pest control. I will also be hiring them for preventive maintenance as the rat problem in the neighborhood (West Ridge) is not getting better. Conquest is the best and I give them my highest recommendation.
