Not really been waiting a week for general manager of Dade city location to call me back in regards to a balance of 90$ on my account. When I I signed up I was quoted 100$ to in stall termite tramps 60 to service then lawn care which was half off to a coupon so I paid $192.50 to then get an additional charge for lawn? I have questioned, manager was to call me back Monday haven’t heard nothing. Originally when these services where scheduled 2 guys where to come out one was a no show which was a error on management I get people get sick I’ve been more then patient with this company but I’m serious regretting my choice due to customer service and care isn’t there.
