This company is terrible. First, they get you to sign up for all these services like the convenience plan and yard guard on a year-long contract that no one will tell you is in the fine print. Then they showed up to my house the first time and didn't even know what services I had paid for. I asked the technician if she'd be taking care of something in particular and she said "no, that's only for clients with the yard guard," not realizing we had paid for that service. Also, my ornamental plants on my deck have not been treated, and there was a caterpillar infestation on one of them. Another time, they showed up and didn't do the treatment because I wasn't there when they specifically told me I didn't need to be there for the treatment. When I finally tried to cancel, they hit me with a fee of 30% of my remaining contract. I would NEVER recommend this horrible horrible service to anyone!!!!!
