again today there were posts on our neighborhood social media site about the terrible service from economy pools. i've seen many posts like this over the year. 2 of my neighbors have canceled your service, along with the many on Nextdoor. complaints about service people just not showing up, i have experienced this too. a different person each time, i've also had this. i've heard the same excuses over and over. also there is a woman who answers the phone who is just a jerk and a man who sounds like he just woke up. your people tell me that they have too many pools to do and can't keep up. i've mentioned all this to the people who answer the phone, but either they don't care or economy pools doesn't care. when i first started with you, all was fine. then there were new owners and it fell apart and no apparent attempt to do anything about it. a new girl came to service the pool and said it was her first week. i told her everybody quits and she would too - and she did.
