Used Accel for the first time for a wood destroying insect inspection for a purchase that I was representing the seller for in the transaction. They immediately called me to set the appointment and were able to inspect the property the very next day. I was able to contact the company after business hours. The report was completed the same day as the inspection and was professional. The fee was inline with other companies and the report was emailed to me directly. The inspector had a little trouble getting the garage door open with the code that was given to them so he even went as far as to replace the battery in the keypad before calling me to verify the access info. I was very impressed. Will definitely be using this company again for future WDI inspections.
